Airlock in fuel pressure gauge line.

Just realised that there is going to be no way to bleed air out of the line going to the sender for the fuel pressure gauge, I can't really see how it'll cause any problems, but just wanted to check before I go bolt it in. Sender is at the end of 200mm or so of braided line*.

So, is it likely to cause issues or shouldi just bolt it in and go for it.

*hmmm,, second question, is braided brake line okay for fuel, or should I go throw this back at the monkey who made it before I end up spraying petrol all through the engine bay when it fails?

Nope, petrol. fitted it up, and the gauge reads some number that might be right. I think i'll just run with it for now, bigger fish to fry, like the 60psi base pressure!

Im not familiar with your project . 60psi sounds high.

'braided line' doesn't mean anything, only the manufacturers specs for that hose's model number concerning compatibility with different fluids, its working pressure & burst strength.
That said, it is very unlikely that you'd be able to find any line that wasn't petrol friendly & easily able to handle 60psi.
Any air will compress, no problem, it just slows the gauge's reaction a bit.
