Bolt spacing on Caldina GT-T ST215 hub?

I got some parts from him, found him bit pricey (but needed the part ASAP so had to use him) and when I picked up the guy that worked there pulling the parts off knew less about cars than my sister. And the owner wasn't a lot better.

Sounds a whole lot like Spartan... Wasnt them was it?

Surely the CGA comes into play here? You've asked for one thing, got the wrong one and the dealer has tried to get out of it by saying there's a 7 day policy. If not under CGA, then maybe Fair Trading Act?
