So obviously you have to take the parts off yourself which is easy as. My question is how do you get large parts from A top B? Do they have trolleys etc for things like gearboxes? Going to head out there in the weekend to get a gearbox (crosses fingers) but how am i able to get it from the yard to the reception? Do i need to bring my sack barrow or trolley to shift it??

Not sure about the Christchurch one but at all of the Auckland ones and the one in Tauranga they have a trolley you can borrow to wheel things around the yard, and even an engine crane with rubber wheels on it to remove engines etc with. So I can only assume that the Christchurch one would have the same trolleys/lifts available.

If its like the wellington one, then yes they do. Its called the ground
I always take gloves with me now, makes the drive home a bunch nicer!
