Hi all

I am clearing out 2 broken cars to make room for the $1500 carmy I got for my mum a few months ago and for the $2000 RVR I got myself to drive while I finish up soarer so it can be certed. (Feel free to place bets on which will break first).

I am looking to get them taken away and wanted to know if anyone has experience with broken car collection people in Auckland and if I am likely to get any cash monies for them.

They are a 1996 Nissan cefiro with 250K on the clock and a blown headgasket and a 1997 audi 2.8L a4 wagon with 160K and damaged engine (ran it out of oil)

I will have a call around tomorrow, but just thought there might be someone that can recommend a place.

Nope, and it is probably the wrong kind of cefiro, it is a front wheel drive 2L import a32 maxima type one.

Generally Pick-a-part etc will give you a few hundred per car as long as it has an engine (even if the engine has been removed and just placed in the boot/back seat.
