What would a decent garage cost to build roughly 60m2 on a flat section?.

Most of student rentals for sale down this way are basing sale/asking prices on the return from the flat anyway. Many are asking double RV quite happily. If it's pulling in $700/week then it's going to be $450,000 regardless of the state of it.

I got a quote from Totalspan 12 months ago for a 6 x 9m steel frame, two roller doors on long side and one pedestrian door on end with a couple of windows, a night on the pi*s below $20k. That included all foundation work, slab, kitset, construction and drainage to ground level (spouting and downpipes only)
