Long shot - Flatmate wanted in Marton

So I am on the hunt for a flatmate to share my house with.

Its a 4 bedroom place with plenty of off street parking, Interior has just been repainted and it sits on 1/2 an acre of land. There are plenty of fruit trees, apples, pears, nectarines, grapes, plums, grapefruit, lemons and 2 raised vege gardens.

Currently there are 2 people living in the house, myself and my partner and 1 cat. Pets are negotiable and smoking is only permitted outside the house.

Lounge has a projector set up which is great for movies and gaming, kitchen and laundry all set up all that's required are things for the bedroom, of which there are 2 to choose from.

I have wifi which after much pain and anguish is now working properly.

Rent is $80 which includes cleaning supplies, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc.

Power and wifi are shared, there is no landline so no charge for a phone, and food can either be a shared expense or bought individually.

I am located a short walk from town, and have a park at the end of the street.
