Anthony at Status approached us recently to see if we wanted to push their seats down here in New Zealand. Personally, I've known and followed Status for a long time, initially on Honda-tech (eek!) and then with various overseas owners and their builds. What caught my eye initially was the kevlar recliner they did, in red, way back when.. (2004?)
They are hand made in the USA. A bonus - as the provenance can be easily established and tracked.

They are also unique in the fact that they can custom stitch and embroid any seat. Also, they are able to offer customisable FIA Approved seats. Pretty cool if you're running a special build.
They also do FIA Harnesses!
The benefit in being US based is they are cheap to ship with frequent ocean services!
