ae92 steering knuckle/hub interchangeability

Postby ATAl » Tue Nov 26, 2013 5:28 pm

I might need to change the front hubs on my car (ae92 gtz) and if I do I'll grab some new ones from pick-a-part.

Does any know what hubs/steering knuckles are interchangeability with ae92 gtz parts - will parts off normal ae92/ae101 gtz etc fit?

It looks like the part numbers are different on the online catalogue but I suspect there will be some interchangeable stuff regardless.

ae101 gt-z are all superslut, so the knuckle wont be interchangable with a mac strut ae92.

Good point, any idea about non-gtz versions?

I've got some AE101 Levin hubs on my AE92 levin. No issues...

Remember that the centre bore for your brake rotors will be altered, in my case that's why I did it. Earlier hubs were 54mm, later were 55mm from memory.

All AE92 hubs are the same.
AE101 Macpherson hubs also fit fine. If you use the AE101 drive flange the disc center bore is 55mm.

So no issues with gtz driveshafts fitting a normal fxgt hub then?
