Stainless resonator replacement

Postby sergei » Wed Dec 04, 2013 4:53 pm

I need a rattly resonator replaced, it is of Blitz Nurspec kind, about 60-70cm long and ~3" piping (can get exact measurements if required).
The catch is that if I replace it I want it to be stainless and I want to be tig welded.
I am happy to pay good money, as long as the work done to similar standard as it is now.

Alternatively I will settle with blank stainless pipe fitted, but welds should be tig and nice....

Who can help me (I'm in Auckland)?

Last time I asked similar question I was referred to pitstop, midas, etc but all these places are targeting low ballers who either want to have their fart cannon fitted or the ones that failed WOF on exhaust leak and want to fix it as cheap as possible.

Maybe Barry at MRP could help you out he's been doing custom manifolds lately I am sure some more exhaust work wouldn't be hard

I'd say he does Tig work
Why dream it when you can live it

+1, AdrenalinR is awesome, good prices too. Used them for exhaust and resonator on 2 of my cars.
