Needle tluster lights Toyota Windom /Lexus ES300

Does anyone know of anyone preferably in Wellington who either can repair or replace the 4 needles on the various gauges in the speedo cluster?? - speedo, tacho, fuel, and temp gauges needles are either flickering or dead. Makes it hard to see where the speedo needle is at quite often....

I know there are a couple of DIY methods out there but they look a bit fiddly for me...

If I got a dash cluster from a wrecked Windom /ES300 is there anyway to test if the needles lights work without installing it into my car??

Can I put an entire cluster in from another vehicle without stuffing up the mileage displayed??

Think there is a guy on the lexus forums that can supply new needles. Doubt theres much local. As for swaping dashes, its hit n miss, get a wreaker garentee that the go. Milage Im guessing will be dash stored so will most likly be a no.
