Im going to try the TPS, but wondered if anyone else might know why my car seems to have quite a wide deadzone on low throttle? As I gradually lift my foot off, there is a point well before it should be where the engine drops to zero throttle. Makes driving around shops quite a chore..
Its just a case of adjusting the TPS with an ohmmeter.
That seems to be the hard complicated way of doing it. Much faster easier and probably more accurate to check it with a voltmeter while still connected.
Wasnt that difficult at all. Pretty simple, in fact. The only problem I had was getting to the adjustment screws in my AW - had to take the throttle body off, unfortunately.
