Custom driveshafts

Postby BattleSnayke » Thu Jan 09, 2014 9:13 pm

I need to get a driveshaft made for my AE70, just wondering if anyone's had experience with getting a similar driveshaft made (AE86, KE70 etc) and what it cost? I'll probably need to get an input shaft made unless I can find a 22 spline to suit a t50 for sale.

Howat Engineering in Lower Hutt. They did my friends driveshaft for his Holden racecar. Not sure what was supplied or the cost.

I work at Howat Engineering, we do a fair amount of driveshaft work. Usually pretty busy but talk to Brian and he can sort it - 10 Horlor Street, Naenae

A month or so ago I worked on a KE20 Corolla with a SR20DET conversion and I think Brian did the driveshaft for that (not that relevant but hey).
