Very nice, indeed.

It has lots of similarities to the A80, and the air ducts and diffuser look sharp.

Where do I sign? ;)

I think it looks awesome except the back is ugly as hell. It will probably get watered down and become just a big 86 though.

Looks alright from certain angles and ugly as hell from others. Pricing will kill it though unless Toyota can offer good value for money. There's a fine line between competing with Nissan's cheap giant killer and competing against themselves in a silly price bracket.

Bla, not loving the whole try hard Formula 1 car front thing or the back, or the OTT side vents. It looks like something a 15 year old would design.

No need to get butthurt. The beauty of opinions is that they reflect each individual. Just because you think it's the best car ever doesn't mean that it is. Or that it isn't. There are people out there that don't think the last Supra was good looking too. That's just their opinion.

Very bold concept - look forward to seeing how it progresses, agreed with others on the butterface thing.... looks like a winning direction on profile, I'm a bit 50:50 on the rear end - could definitely grow on me, but the front isn't grabbing me at all at this stage.

No clutch pedal is interesting - curious about what they'll do about donk and transmission.

Please I could care less about beauty.

Aggressive that's what I like about it.

Opinion exactly you can have that boring crap Toyota used to produce I'll take the CEO's approach to building cars thanks driver and performance focused with an aggressive looks to boot.

Even the 86 concept looked aggressive.
Production version is cute.

How can they make it competitive against the GTR in both price and performance (which it has to be imo) without making the LFA look way overpriced in comparison?

Because the LF-A is about exclusivity as much as it's about performance.

The Lfa was a limited production run so they don't have to worry about under cutting it.

Would look silly if they can make a car that performs just as/nearly as well as the LFA (and if it's a genuine GTR contender it will do so easily) for half as much while still turning a profit on each sale.

No way this new prototype is in the LFA's price range it won't even be close.

Its a Toyota not a Lexus.

They won't because it's not competing against the GTR

They are technically two different classes of car but good luck building a new Japanese RWD performance car and not having it pitted against the GTR by the media/everyone. Even the LFA failed to escape that fate in spite of being a totally different idea to the GTR. Whether Toyota like it if not, the GTR is the primary competition of any new Supra they may or may not make.

And if they make it better than the GTR and price it accordingly.....
