Didnt one of your old work mates start working for macbuilt end of last year? Ive been doing a few welding jobs for Headmaster lately because the guy that he was using at metalworx had moved on to do cage fab etc, sure he said he went to macbuilt?

Yep hes back at metalworx as macbuilt was not the best option for him.Plus a few issues at macbuilt were not resolved while he was there etc etc. We are now building cages thru my business and other fabrication jobs.
I have been told the matt lauder is at macbuilt not aaron. Think aaron is at R's but where is geoff at?

That would make more sense.

Think aaron is at R's but where is geoff at?

That definitely doesn't make sense, Geoff is definitely at R's and Aaron isn't.

The Metalworx guy didn't workout.

Won't go into to details but he seemed a pretty decent guy when I spoke to him.

I will say this though out at Macbilt Al expects a certain standard and if you don't meet those standards from what I have seen over the years he doesn't muck around he'll just show you the door.

That guy Matt has a mint HSV with one of those sequential gearboxes from Nelson in it mated up to a 7.0 litre Chev crate motor have to say that thing sounds mean going up the road and awesome hearing it bang through the gears.

Yep al has a standard as has metalworx dude. Many factors involved some for mac built side some from my mates side. Mate is a fitter and turner not a fabricator. Al knew this and expected him to be as fast as the other chaps at eg making headers which was not the case. But I will tell ya right now his skills as a fabricator/machinist is unmatched. All his projects are absolutely awesome. So if ur talking standards, ur in the wrong boat. He ended up taking the door he was not showen it.
