Best Tool for Cutting out Dash/Door Panels etc?

As title says what is the best tool for cutting out parts of a dash and door panels? Needing to cut them around roll cage and a few other spots, cheers in Advance

I used an angle grinder with a cutting disc

I've found that slower speeds with a toothed cutter is best, have cut plastic with a Bosch multi-tool with a toothed cutter at slower "speeds" and worked well

Angle grinder with a cutting disc. I just cut out little bits at a time till it fitted. Then cleaned up the edges so it looked smooth.
