Bugga, help needed please

So I took a short cut when I put my turbo on and used cap screws that I couldnt get tight enough. Changing them over to proper studs and I snaped on of the cap screws in place then droped a nut into the manifold. In sort I need to borrow a magnetic graber and a M10x1.25 tap for a short bit. Anyone able to help with either?
