Well wasnt that the Noahs Ark of racing? hahaha. At one point, apart from JB's McLaren, it was 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, with lots of juicy racing between team mates. Lewis and Nico, Daniel and Seb, Massa and Bottas, Hulkenberg and Perez, it was all going on.

Great to see the Force India's, and Williams's performing so well, and making Ferrari sit up and take notice, no doubt. Hulkenberg drove perfectly all race until the poorly timed overtake when Sergio was behind to take advantage of it.

Cant wait until China, to see more racing like this morning :)

It certainly was more interesting from a spectators point of view. Glad Merc was able to keep their 1-2 streak going. Hope they can keep it up for a few more races!

Too many Italians with too much say in what happens... Internal politics has always been Ferrari's downfall.

Throwing Stefano out wont change a thing with Ferrari, unless the new team principal can pull in some new talent to the aero and engine departments, as even though he is responsible for the team, he doesnt actually design or work on the car.

That will be harder said than done given the talent that Merc, McLaren and Red Bull have on their books at the moment.

Even if Brawn comes back, his entire dream team is working for the silver arrows, all signed in to reasonably longterm contracts, so it will be a VERY long road to rebuilding the reds back into the super team they were during Schumachers reign.

Replacing one Italian with another won't change anything. The culture will remain the same and they will continue to go backwards until there is radical change in the internal team politics... given past experience that should only take about 20yrs

Yes, agreed, but to be fair, Ferrari is nowhere near the political clusterfuck that it was in the past.

The new Team principal is nothing more than an interim name, until they can announce the new long term TP.

I dont think Steffano has done a particularly bad job, given 90% of the grids brains are tied up in the 3 other big teams, but that is still no excuse, and heads eventually have to roll after so many years of lacking results. Im just surprised at the way in which it happened, 3 races into a 19 race calendar. All it will do is cause more instability than simply leaving SD in the role until the end of the year would have.

China FP1 in a little over 25 hours...Merc are going to have some advantage given the massive straights, but will that be enough to be entirely dominant, or will RBR be able to claw back some of their straight line losses through the two snails, and the infield high speed esses?

I hope Rosberg takes the hat trick this weekend, with pole, fastest lap, and the win :)

Yes, well there isnt much else he can say really

Any attempts to blame the car/PU/tyres would come across as bad sportsmanship, as Daniel has exactly the same tools.

I personally think that Daniel is doing a better job because he has spent the last 3 years driving a sub par car, so can drive around handling issues far easier, where as Seb has had a train for the past 5 years, where it did EXACTLY what he wanted it to do, when he wanted it to do it, so he is now struggling to drive a less than perfect car, where you have to feather the throttle alot more than the EBD chassis with massive amounts of rear downforce he was used to flooring at the apex and letting the car do the rest.

Go Daniel :)

Agreed...Although Daniels 18 lap stint was very impressive, so their dry pace is still good.

I hope Lewis has a poor start and gets mugged by Daniel, Seb, Rosberg, Alonso, Bottas, Massa, and Hulkenberg, so the race will have lots of action ;)

I didn't like the positive spin Redbull where giving Seb for letting Dan through last race, He was pitting the next lap so seemed like a bunch of BS. This week though, Sebs true colours came through again.

Thought Alonso drove a decent race in the red bucket they call a race car.

The Merc's though 20 kph faster down the main straight lol they didn't even need the DRS open to over take hahahahaha watching Rosberg pull Alonso before the DRS zone was laughable what do you do if your in Alonso's shoes there I'd have just put the white flag up hands in there air and wave hahahahaha..

Yes, not the best start for Seb... Although Daniel is again proving his talent :)

Nice to see the Ferrari and McLaren cars looking a little closer to the pace, and each other.

I really hope Mitch can covert his 6th place into a podium finish for the feature GP2 race, and then another solid points finish in the sprint race to get his season back on track.
