any one still rocking one of these?
havnt seen one for years. was reminiscing with a mate that owned one years ago, quiet the car when you were 15/16 a few years ago :lol:
Had a 3E-TE 1.5l with the smallest intercooled turbo and only ever seen them in grey or white.

love to know if any members have one or if someone has memories of them

Oh wow These are actually a real thing??
I saw one around a while ago and presumed someone had done a trueno front end swap on a corolla :lol:
2011 Ford Mondeo tdci.

Hey, at least it sounds like a 3s.

IIRC, these had a horrendous longitudinal engine/front wheel drive layout that made them a huge prick to work on

im pretty sure there is a very similar car thats 3a powered with the longitudinal front tugs malcolm mentioned

Are you thinking of the Corolla 2?
Corsa GP Turbos run a 3e 1500 fwd setup

According to wikipedia it was the previous generation than these which had the longitudinal fwd layout

You're thinking of the 2A-powered AL20 Tercel/Corsa. Excuse the huge picture..

Bugger, it seems to come and go. Google image "Tercel AL20", there are a couple of good images of the setup.
