Just got my rings - but I have a question about what one goes where

In the box they have them separated so there's the bottom, middle and top.

However. The middle one according to the box, has a chrome lip on the outside of the ring. I would've thought this is the chromoly top ring?

And according to the box, the top ring, has a beveled edge on the inside - and I would've thought to be the middle and that'd be some sort of scraper?

I can only but assume they have these labelled correctly and that I am wrong!?

Has anyone used Hastings rings before and looked at their labeling?

The middle ring also has a dot on the top of the ring (top being if the beveled edge is facing down....)

Chrome and chromoly are different,
Generally each ring is a slightly different shape and thickness so will only go in one position.
