sure is, re-tuned for more torque, 260 odd hp, 350nm torque.

for a people mover, it sure gets up and boogies, its nice to have the power to pass when I want!

its also built on the mazda 6 platform, so it handles really well (for a people mover)

It'll be based on a CX7 engine. Smaller turbo than MPS and different management. MPS makes 380nm and is torque limited in the first 3 gears/with any steering angle. Sweet car though.

Sounds about right. Might be easy to get more power with a turbo change.....now to convince the wife :?

On a side note, Im now trying to track down a remote for the factory roof mounted DVD - Mazda NZ has quoted $398.00 + GST 8O

Part # 66-9L0 if any of you have some sweet contacts....Box of beer to anyone who can get it for under $40.00 8)

It'll eventually need another turbo. Common for them to fail. Loads of stock replacements available. BNRsupercars makes the most cost effective solution. Better than stock in terms of reliability.

Made the above car a bit more pretty, you can kind of see the cam covers as they were before with paint pealing and oxidization.

Stripped them back and painted red with the letters left unpainted. Turned out pretty good, to bad I'm not keeping it

They are a nice red...this photo looks orange.

Replaced front and rear windscreen wipers and arms with new lol.

The packaging was that dusty the Wipers must have been on the Toyota shelves for years.

Also replaced the rear boot gas struts if I'm honest they blew my mind how smooth they were. They took all the rattles out of the hatch also.

Strong as F**K put one up and it held the heavy rear hatch by itself.

Yesterday I got the intake side starter hump drilled, and mounted a 20v starter.

I now have two starter motors.

Today: Wired up the new starter, sounds mint.

Also made a nicely sized oil patch on my driveway thanks to forgetting to put the oil filter back in and starting the engine. Whoops. Hope it didnt do any damage.

Still a bit of work to do before its ready to go, but we'll get there once the RX7 is gone. Then I'll probably sell it as well :-(
