Cleaned the crown. Took photos. Considering removing the OSAKA TOYOPET sticker from the bumper.

I am of course biased, but I liked this more than a GS350 or an IS350.

P.S That's no my house in the background.

Smooth and fast. Just like the owner.....

The engine gives good power from down low and revs smoothly. The cars handles well too, just sporty enough to keep driving it fun . Fuel economy isn't too bad either. About 10ks/L with around town and motorway driving.

I think the car suits having the sports body kit and the HID spotlights.
Interior is comfy, high quality cloth and the scuff plates still had their plastic covers on them. Plus it has some air purifier system that blows air from above you. Keeps my brain cool.

And it wasn't smoked in. Lots of crowns stink of cigarette smoke.

Pretty happy with it.

Looks like you have a good sized personal skid pad to test out the traction control functionality....

Unfortunately that's not my house, it's a friends place and he wouldn't let me do burn outs, says his neighbours would complain.... weak sauce.

Yea, the sports kit does look good, and the white paint is nicely pearled and 3 coat. Will be a good contrast to my black soarer.

The funny thing is that it didn't really cost any more than an aurion. I guess people don't know what they are.

Cheers
Edward

Swapped exhaust tips using a pair from an S2000. Not sure if I like them or not, different isn't always better...

Changed the door lock motors in the Aristo. What a wanker of a job!

These little buggers:

Had to do all four of them. Even getting to the motor housing is difficult (get the door lock mechanism out), then you need to cut the bastard open.
Works all good now though.

Got a few things done today:

Firstly, sold this:

Secondly, bought this:

Luckily it was an easy enough swap. Well, I did need to drive from Auckland to New Plymouth and back to do it.
The two cars together:

Nice,

It is becoming team 2gr here. If that's the car I think it is then you got a minter. Its all the little extras that make the car feel special.

Cheers
