AE111 Front Bumper? Or not...

Hey... This might sound like a bit of a dumb question, but bear with me...

Is a AE111 Levin/Trueno, supposed to have a metal bumper bar underneath the front bumper? Normally every other car I've EVER worked on, has the standard metal bar underneath the plastic/FRP bumper... except my Levin... There are the 2 mounts (well only the driver side), on the end of the chassis rails, for the headlight clips to mount to, but I was expecting there to be a cross bar, mounted on the front... But nothing... Is this normal?

It has apparently passed at least 2 WOF's like this, but I'm sure it's not normal.

So I got the 52145A bracket (RH), but no left hand, and I need a 52131 bar...

Still baffled how it got through so many WOFs without it!

My Ae111 has an aftermarket front bumper and has never had one passed heaps of wofs without (vtnz and normal mechanic) as it isnt obvious that its meant to have one

Yeah just found a few AE111s at Pick a part (very rare when these things pop up). Got the LH bracket for the light, but all 3 of them didn't have the front bar. The only thing I can think of is that the pre-facelift ones, didn't have them?

If any one can post a picture of their car with the front metal bumper bar and how its fitted?
