yes they spin the same way, as for blocking the drive shaft-maybe try offsetting the adapter plate you'll be needing so the engine is rotated and the exhaust ports are above(or below whichever fits best) the driveshaft.

yea lookd at V6 but yer....either rotary power or just turbo my 4age...i know you've done it oizool you and nudel lol...hey if you have any old turbo conv parts left over theyd be good lol
hahah yeah was a fun 10 mins
I sold most of the bits off including manifold and turbo which was basically ready to go with oil feed and all.
V6 would be the way to go. and a Charger on that would make it even more insane!
And as far as the turbo goes.. i didnt really have any help from anyone

yea the mini that is in the hamilton car club is fwd and is one hell of a car. But is running a 12a. I would say you will have mega traction problems with a 13b in a AW. But hey u will be original

theres a guy somewhere in west auck that has put a b16a vtec in a mini...
and i head rumours of a guy in south auckland with a 4wd 13b mazda hatch. he'd designed and built his own 4wd system for it.....food for thought

Actually, there are a couple of B16A Mini's around... bit of a mission and a half from the looks of things though. Makes for a sump that is awfully close to the ground!
