Do you hold sentimental value in your car?
Does your car have sentimental value to you? Like you wouldn't want to part with your car, even if it were for one of the same model/options/etc?
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Oh god yes...
My aw ... everything is bung. I have been, and will continue to be for some time to come, pouring money into that thing. I could easily buy another for far less than it will cost to restore.
But then it wouldnt be MY car.
I've had the thing for 5 years now, I'm kinda attached. I've been asked twice now, by people looking for one, if I would be interested in selling it to them. I tell them no
I wonder what the hell is wrong with me sometimes. I thought perhaps it might be a gender thing, us females ARE prone to erratic hormonal and emotional behaviour....

Ive only had my GSR 2 nights and I wouldnt trade it in for anything. It does what it has to.
Hey it may be tiptronic but driving into town everyday on the southern motorway isnt that much fun in a manual. Plus its discreet - doesnt stick out like all the evos around.
Sorta got the sleeper look going on.
I love it. once i get some bigger mags for it i'll love it even more!!!

Drinking 42 BELOW Passionfruit Vodka is like walking along the street and seeing this really hot girl and all you can think is "Man, I don't understand how anyone can be gay".
Yes mine does. I almost had a cry going out to my garage and seeing a 12 second car unable to move
I dont think I'm gonna do too much with it until early next year. Just get it back on the road, and compete in the winterdrag series albeit more gently
and buy a runaround.
But I dont think I'll ever part with it, apart from the gearbox selector forks, its taken so much punishment. Over 85 runs down the 1/4 mile and the mighty 3s never missed a beat once

Mitsi Sigma Turbo - loved that car, wanna get another one.
Ford Escort - Killed it in less than a week. Fun while it lasted.
Toyota Carina ED - eh.
