Estima body kit

Hey,
I just bought me a 1998 Toyota Estima with a full body kit. Only problem is that the front spoiler is waaaaaaay too close to the ground- i have about 75mm clearance from the ground... which means i scrape on most driveways, speed bumps, and even uneven country roads. Does anyone know anyone in christchurch who would be able to modify it (ie cut some of the lower section out and re-finish it) or could point me in the direction of a competent business who could do it?
