4age 20v headbolts

hey does any1 know if the 20v headbolts are the same item as the 16v items as im after 20v arp head bolts and there is no listing for them only arp 16v head bolts listed so just wanted to know if they are the same items

you will need 2 complete sets of 16v studs to make a single set of 20v ones

just buy them from toyota
there like 2 bucks a stud brand new

and unless you have 600 bucks to throw away on headstuds your shit out of luck

my sugestion
get OEM ones from toyota
many peole have run 20psi plush and had no issues

where did u try and source ARP from?
been a few months since i last checked but i think there is an ARP kit for the 20v.....

but as vega said you dont really need them. unless your planning mad boost

nah there about 270 + frienght a set but you need 2 sets as the 16v ones have the offset lenghts and the 20v uses only the longer ones :D

That would be me too.
I run 18 to 20 psi and use genuine toyota head studs and head gasket and have never had a problem.

US $140 is NZ$210 ish, two sets of 16V to get enough studs, = $420 for 2JZ, and they are probably cheaper as they are more common is USA as they got the 2JZ there, but never got a 20V.

Have you got some secret edition of arps catalogue or something? i can only find the 16v studs on their site

i have had i look at the arp catalouge and yes they dont have a listing for the 20v and i hav been incontact with nz distributer and they are not advalible for the 20vs they dont make them apparently

according to the importer i spoke to today they have them in stock....
i think ill call again and ask for sizes to confirm......

Mr Revhead how much for the genuine head bolt set?
I think i ended up using NZG one's on mine. ACL do them as well.
So oldskool_rwd you can get a set from pretty much any aftermarket parts shop in the country. Pionner do the APR bolts dont they?
