Spark plug soaking in oil?

Hey guys whats the cause of this? too much oil in the sump? tappets?

Depending on engine... the rocker cover gasket/seals that run around the spark plug holes are likely to be the cause

worn out rings or valve seals two possibilities...if you are talking about oil on the spark side of the plugs.

Maybe, if there is oil on the spark plug lead side, but it sound like the combustion chamber side, which can be caused by oil leaking passed worn valve guides or pistion rings.

Haha, didn't even think of that. Maybe its because I was working on something with the top of the plugs soaking in oil the other day
