1: what would the model number on a mid to late 80's soarer be?
2: how much would i expect to pay for one of these?
3: if i cant find one of the above, how much would i look at paying for a stock ae85 trueno hatch?

2. between 1-4k depending on spec condition etc.
3. I would have said more like $1500 -3g for a tidy, standard one.

1. *Z20 (MZ20 - 7M; GZ20 - 1G)
2. Anywhere from 1.5K > 4K depending on model/condition.
3. People want stupid amounts of money for these outdated POS rustbuckets these days so anywhere from 1 > 5K+ I'd say...

3. I paid $500 for a moderate condition one. It's got some nasty rust issues, but it's complete and apart from dead alternator regulator ran really nicely.

I feel a little ripped off by my one actually...

theres actually a white 7mgte one floating around wellington with 450hp :lol:

must be a hoot , it looks dead stock apart from the wide rear tyres and front mount intercooler.

pfft, they are good cars, more fun and more styley then a jzz30

. Good balance, good handling and light.

*z20's are cool aswell, I like them. A mate has one here in palmy that is getting a 1JZGTE at the moment.
