She's $$%. Your insurance company will/should pay for your car to be fixed then they will scew her till she's blue in the face.
If she denies it was her fault it will go to court where the judge will have a go at her.
Bad luck though dude, it's a drawn out process.

Did the cops attend? Otherwise you're doubly rooted.
What if insurance was compulsory... hmm... she probably wouldn't have had it then either.

yea had 2 certs in it's life time.
cops came round and took statements and she claimed that she was at fault but im not sure if it was in the report the cops took.
i rang up insurance and they said i can get upto 3k towards repairs and wont have to pay excess if she admits it was her fault to the insurance company.
i was thinking of getting another shell and swapping all the good bits over or maybe an aw11 with this engine and with the turbo that was going to be going onto this car, in for the mix.
i had modest plans for this car and has been in my family from off the showroom floor

Check your policy. Alot of third party fire and thefts (like ami's) have a cover if the other party has no insurance.
Mine was up to 3grand.
Its not much, but its a start.

Some crazy statistic says that 90% of car accidents happen within 5KM of your home.
Sucky though man, good luck with the claim
