It says on the window that you're the co-driver... does that mean you still sit on the left-hand side?
We know that four-wheel drive doesn't work in a racing car, and I proved to myself that it doesn't work very well for rallycross. I'm absolutely convinced that it has no future in rallying, either, even if the regulations allowed it. - Roger Clark (rallying legend), circa 1976
Mate, they've totally done you over.
Heres what you should do: Go back to them, tell them that they've ruined a rare mint condition AE86 and demand a replacement.
And me being the good bloke I am, I'll let you give me that 'monstrosity' so that you don't have to be associated with the horrific work they've done.
No no, its alright, I'll take one for the team.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.
Yes it was at Puke on friday for a bit of a shakedown for Targa that starts tomorrow .It was only running on street tyres and rally setup, was around the 1.05 mark

Yeh sorry about the moving roadblock... There were enuff slow (road) cars there - me in the MR, couple of 944's, MX5's and a tasty 968CS - to warrant a separate session imho. Quite scary out with the fast boys when you're only doing 17's - especially those NZ V8 things. Were you keeping up with Mr McIntyre and co?
Saw a 996GT3 there as well - pink and black livery - how does the 997 compare?
