Replace factory stereo with aftermarket stereo on soarer

Hi Guy,

I have already installed a aftermarket stereo on my Soarer however there are few gaps between Stereo and Pocket.

So I was wondering whether anyone knows if there is a such kit available in NZ which will replace the double din stereo with single din?

You can get metra ones or similar from Repco. Got one for my celsior from there. Combined with wiring adaptors it was a 10 minute job

How long ago was this? As you know we are in NZ and these products do get discontinued ....

Well on their website they only have 6 unit available in NZ which suggest might be discontinued also not even sure whether what they have left is for Toyota ...

I will call and find out ..

Rapid Radio also doesnt have them, well they couldn't even find these which is bit strange.

Stuff arrives pretty quickly and easily

Otherwise, I have found that Toyota frequently stock adapter brackets that match the texture and colour of the dash

'twas a few years ago now but I ordered it in no problem. Or just buy online as said.
