The only other thin I can think of is a clutch issue like a thrust bearing sticking on the spline? Clutch fork and/or spring sticking?
I don't think its anything like this. I had my engine out not long ago and the clutch was almost new (Daiken, Excedy) and in great condition. The gearbox spline ...

^Ok^ message got..

I have diagnosed hundreds of faulty master/slave cylinders and I'm not convinced its a problem with either. I replaced the master as it was leaking eternally into the drivers footwell.

I think your onto something revhead. I have a stock cast manifold and no heatshields.

So you're losing clutch pedal pressure - but bleeding the hydraulic system brings it back to normal - and you're convinced that the problem isn't related to the hydraulic clutch system?

Good luck.
No I'm not convinced of that, I am convinced of your ignorance though. Thanks for you valuable ...

Don't think its the master cylinder as thats almost brand new and its not that sort of problem. Pedal housing is fine... Definitely related to extended periods of engine load, stupidly annoying problem.

Its a simple fairly generic hydraulic system on pretty much any Toyota for a start... So without knowing the exact car, its possible some general knowledge is whats going to be of most use to me but cheers for being a buch of dicks about a simple oversight while I was in hurry.

Its an 87' AE92 ...

Losing my clutch after hard acceleration

I lose my clutch after any kind of decent acceleration, it doesn't lose fluid but needs a good bleed to get it back to normal. Any ideas?

There is a brown VSV that needs to be plumbed in before the fuel pressure regulator, if your car is still running lean and has no air leaks there is a way to ritchen it further under load, will discuss if required. It has taken me quite alot of time to get my 4AGZE in tune after years of people ...

Seems you could do alot more first. But its not that complex more costly and time consuming getting it right in reality, depends on how you want to do it...

As mentioned in other threads ^^ VGT turbos arn't really a usable option on petrol turbos, I'm interested to hear from anyone who has tried ...

DSR turbos are kind of let down by there shitty seals not lasting, my only gripe.

When thinking about what turbo to use I've always been a fan of considering where I want to make my power more then how much power I can potentially make, anyone mucked with variable geometry turbos? I've pulled a ...

Nah its an 4AGZE AE92 sedan, I've never owned a NGV. Yeah it comes back up when I return to cruise. I've driven plenty of cars that do it but not 1/4 of a tank.

Fuel gauge goes down under acceleration.

Any reason why this would happen? The gauge can go down by up to 1/4 of a tank.

voltage will show 12/off 14/on everywhere, its the amount of current (amps) that the connections carry that is the issue, and the symptoms he describes is very typical with battery to boot relocations that just ground to the boot.
Thats not how a voltage drop test works, google how it does, you ...

Alot of people over complicating a simple problem on here...

1st Step) Check your battery for drains with a multimeter and the key off then charge your battery fully.

2nd Step) Do a battery load test, or get a workshop to do one for you and test the battery, even new battery's fail on a ...
