Having heard your exhaust I didn't think it was too loud, no louder than my ST205 with HKS system. I think a lot of it comes down to time and place.

The last Tom's modified ECU I saw had a Techtom board in it.

Can you take the lid off and post a pic of the circuit boards? Don't $&#$% with anything if you are not tech savvy.

I suspect it is a techtom board but need a pic to confirm.

Have to be a pretty special engine to ship it in. Shipping cost alone on just an engine would be very expensive.
