turbo lubrication question

Ive just put my new GT2860RS onto my ca18det, havent finished putting everything else together but I e-mailed garrett and asked if i need a restrictor in the oil line.
They told me max oil pressure is 40psi before i need one.

Standard oil feed will be too much right ?

Removing KP61 Sterring Wheel ?

My g/f has a KP61 and her horns are going a bit funny, she went for a warrant and the horns wont work unless the steering wheel is at full lock either direction.

How do we get the steering wheel off ?

Does anyone have an idea of this ?

Most people who dont like CA's havent really had a good look or look at end power made.
If you look at the power per litre they arent much off SR and dont have trouble with top end.
I have heard lots of horror stories of SR20's, have seen a few with ventilated blocks and bent valves.
