Full boost (12psi) took till 3600rpm according to the dyno charts and im ...

Tom's Advox Suspension

Hi,

So I've imported an Aristo with a leaky shock. Turns out it's got Tom's Advox adjustables on it.

Anyone in NZ deal in Tom's? Or best to just get a new set of adjustables?

Cheers,
Ben.

Tough thing is, (as other people have outlined) unless you can prove that he was speeding - the ...

It was only a matter of time......

I completely agree... they've been doing it in the states for, well, years! Just needed someone in NZ to spend the money I guess... But yes, very good to see.

Well done Graeme (if you read this) :)

The quarter mile breaks stuff and causes much loss of rubber on tyres... *looks for some slicks* Maybe when I can get my hands on some semi's or full slicks...

I expected less!

Well I too dyno'd my car today, and after the last dyno of 214.3rwkw, I've installed a Mines ECU and my custom sidepipes... and today (at a massive 28-30 degrees air temp) it dyno'd at 260rwkw (and approx 470Nm of torque)!

I agree with that guy *points to the post above*. The thing with so-called 'high end' road tyres, is they're designed to stick to the road well with minimal temperature in them, therefore, on the track, they tend to melt and don't actually work all that well...
