Have been to repco twice and they list the wrong dizzy cap for all 3sfe motors anyone have the correct number? is the round 2 bolt one not built in coil ect ect

cheers man timing is way out it wont evan try to start as the motor was coil pack but been put to dizzy so i have the dizzy 180degress out i guess... will refit it tomorrow and then check it with timing light if it starts

$&#$% me i wonderd if i had done that but looking at it i couldnt see it was offset :S will fix tomorrow i do have a timing light but nfi howto use it

Have just put a dizzy into my 3sfe motor and its not "lined" up correctly to the cam for some reason? and "wobbles"

anyone come accross this? :S also how do i get the timing right for the dizzy

Intake has to be changed as the tb has a different TPS and more vacum ports on the 95 motor than the 97 coil pack motor and the 95 motor is a 3 bolt tb and the 97 is 4.

true didnt think about the cam. will have to dig the motor out of corner of shead tomorrow and have a look!

Has anyone had much todo with puting a twin coil pack motor into a dizzy'd 3sfe car? the motor in the curren went into ultimate melt down mode and i still have my nice 70thousand k's motor from my first curren so want to drop it in problem is the old motor runs on dizzy new one runs on twin coil ...

your not allowed to tow a car without a wof or rego. if u want to move it and it hasnt got a rego of wof u have to put it on a trailer or car dolly... stupid but true..

cbf geting it to strip would definitly make money from it but i got other projects that the 650 bucks will go along way to finishing quickly! hes had finance on it since 2007 so i would say hes not gona default so close to the end anyways but cbf!
