it could definately be that but to me if it was the glow plugs it would crank alright and just not fire but it seems to crank and die in the mornings

Just wondering if anybody knows if hiaces are electric spedos or not? Looking around at 1990-1999 range of hiaces ones with 2.8d 3L engine. If they are does anybody know how to switch it? which wire/s etc?

Also whats all the different specs on hiaces on the different models etc, ie. gl, dx. or ...

Cheers for that man, thinking I just get them reset 3-4 " and put the blocks in the tool box. With eliminating the blocks do I go back to the original length U-Bolts?

problem resolved

must of been a loose conection behind the hazzard switch that follows onto the stalk. Was testing these wires with multimeter and gave the stalk a flick and shes all go again. Hell yeah hiluxs rule

There is just no responce from switching the stalk. All bulbs are fine aswell as the dash bulbs as the hazzards still work. It was an intermitant problem for a couple of months before this and sometimes I used to be able to get them ...

in my experience so far, they are very good springs, personally I would use them over king springs or jamex.

Quite a few race cars use them, club cars, etc.

hmmm as of my understanding I should be able to do it without a cert as I am only moddifying the rails and not the oem mounting points or seatbelt mounting points.
