yeah, basicly if its had ANY structural repair on it before, forget it.
they will want a repair cert for it. good luck getting a repair cert for old work....

if its had previous repairs they require those repairs to be certed. and you probably wont find anyone willing to cert old repairs... it will have to be redone

So the moral of the story is when it has repairs done get them signed off when it happens for cases like this in the future?
