That would be because of the high compression....
actually, as I understand it, it is because the cylinder walls are only 3mm(might have been 5?) and 1mm(on either side) is the sleeve that the pistons are in...
I was meaning thrown sideways as in from one cylinder to the neighbouring one, +ve pressure on one side, -ve pressure on the other side, only thing holding them apart being very thin aluminium(and the sleeve), from what I've read...
anyway, 10psi is a whole 4psi above where this kit sits factory... the greddy kit does 8psi and isn't intercooled at all now that would worry me.
