There is a joint in the end of each of those paired arms which you can feel play in the wheel when the car is up. The other arm is a rubber bush and usually has play, but not play that will cause noise. The joint in the hub usually doesn't give trouble either. The swaybar bushes wear out and knock, and the other joint at either end of the sway bar link can wear and give knocking noises also.
So start with seeing if the swaybar mount bushes have play, and check the swaybar link arms

Turns out it was the rear susp arm nuts, they were "less than tight". On that Toyo DIY page they are part numbers 48730G and 48730H
