Your lucky if its a fuel pump, easy fix. Just undo the lines, drop the two belts holding it up, drop it down, replace pump, put it back and your done. You could probably do it with the fuel in it. Apparently your suppose to replace the o ring sealing the fuel pump and tank...
Toyota pumps are pretty generic. I replaced a st162 pump with a '92 bluebird sss pump. Same mounts, depth, etc.
