Upon removing it from the box, the coating was noticeably inconsistent, some areas had less than half the amount that other areas had, and it was nowhere near as durable as I would have expected given the cost. Even the slightest of knocks or bumps removed the coating and it didnt take many heat cycles for it to thin even more in places.
At a guess, whatever their process is, I presume that part of the prep stage was omitted, or done a bit too casually, as I have seen their work on cars in magazines and the difference is night and day.

It was the high temp black satin coating and it cost about $500 if my memory serves me correctly.
