Does anyone know if Toyota made manual winder windows for the Celica ST-18X series?
I'm sure i've seen a car with them, but then again maybe my mind is playing tricks on me

Celicas badged as "S-R" have the "sports" interior which has manual wind up windows and crappy seats. The very rare GT-Four Rally's also have it.
I would guess the electric window mechanism weighs around 2-3kg, with maybe 1kg of that being the motor, so if you're lucky you might save 2.5kg by swapping and removing all the associated wiring and controls. Whether it's worth it is entirely up to you...

Yeah i'm toying with the idea of dumpin the electrics.
I know windows by them selves dont sound much, but add to that electric mirrors, electric seat, aircon control etc, etc, and it all adds up.

i definately agree there, I didn't really take anything major out of my 185 but all the stuff i did take out really added up.
I was thinking about doing it myself, so I wont have any wiring harnesses at all in the doors, and a lot less wiring in general when I eventually truly gut the car and rewire the bare essentials (lights, fuel pump, ecu, gauges...umm thats it
).
I think your best bet will be to just go brand new from Mr Revhead anyway, he is the bomb.
