BOVS

My 7mgte has a stock bov which is a plumb back style one.
Just wondering if i need to stick with a plumb back or can i go vented?
I would prefer a plumb back, but these seem to be alot more pricey than vented ones.

ANd if i am able to go vented are there any quiet ones around?

basically, stay plumb back. the factory ecu is designed to run a plumb back, and the car will run like shite when you back off. i had the plumbing on the bov go on me once, and it ran like a sack of shite. when you go for an aftermarket ecu, then run whatever, but until then, stay plumb back. i raced an ma70 with a t-04e upgrade, and a vented bov, and sure it sounded cool, but i was still even, venting it just makes it sound cool, but looses too much power for it...
