yeah, the 20v's do fit quite nicely, but being a different engine, it will need custom mounts made up, and ull need all the hardware from the engine (wiring loom, computer (if your running a 20v turbo ull need an a/m computer anyway), and if u can the actual 20v mounts so u can mould them to fit the engine bay).
Grab the 20v levin brakes as well as i dont think the ep series discs are up to the task.
Also take into account that all this will need certification, as ur running an engine thats more than a 20% increase in cc rating than the original. (think thats how it goes, but ull need a cert regardless).
If your ep starlet is a non turbo, why not source the GT starlet turbo motor? not bad for what they are and can get decent power ratings out of them with a bit of work, might be a more viable option.
Also, u may need to upgrade the gearbox to a 20v one as well, dont know how much work thats gonna be to fit, as i dont know if the bellhousings and mounts would be different or not. Using the ep gearbox could be done, but i think ur ratios would be all wrong for the engine.
hope this helps...
