ta all, was hoping for your input bob of five, umm there was damage to the head so had been planed 15 thou, so was going to do the copper thing to make up the difference, but then learned of the need to o ring, was going to machine o ring relief in both the head and the block, but was still concerned aboot work hardening, (and the cost)
am happy to live with the extra compression, as the new pistions should take care of that. the only thing would be cam timing, (unless I use a shim) pros n cons anyone?
