You will most definitely need a decent power bar. Even if you have a decent ratchet, why would you use it on a tight bolt? They aren't made for undoing super tight bolts, that's what your power bar is for. If the ratchet doesn't break, you will certainly be doing damage to the ratchet mechanism.
I hope you also realise that there is a special procedure for removing the camshafts from the cylinder head. You should remove the cap bolts in a sequence, like the head bolts. The service manual provides a spec as to what position in degrees the camshaft should be in when the camshaft is to be removed (in terms of valves open and closed etc). You want the camshaft(s) to lift up evenly, otherwise you can quite easily damage the thrust faces of the camshaft and your thrust clearance will be all up the wop in which case it will either be noisey or could seize.
I strongly suggest you consult the service manual for the correct procedure for disassembly.
