Door light not working from drivers door??
Hi, my door light doesn't come on when I open my drivers door. I unscrewed the switch and it had the wire attached - I guess the bolt there compleats the current (seems to on the other door) so I'm just wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be?

the dome light, as it's officially known as is activated by a door pin switch similar to ones used by car alarms, pretty sure unless someone wanna correct me on that.

I guess there isn't much point in buying the switch of yoru st18* then?
was is 162 celica, i could sell you working switch out of 182 however i would make sure it is your switch b4 anything, i would say more likely something going on in the circuitry. dont ask me what!!

Yea unfortunatly it looks like it is. The interior panels look like so much more work to remove then on my ae92 corolla so I'll just leave it.
