looks like exhaust shop guys are contributing to very noisy exhausts

I must be a super hero, mines 3" off the downpipe from the turbo, as teh turbo outlet is 3" so do i now have to make it 2.5"?

pre 90s cars will be exempt as emissions standards back then were different, and its hard to expect them to comply.
