It is a myth that emos are contagious, and you may be infected. However, it is still widely accepted to wash your hands after physical contact

Do you ever have ANYTHING useful to say or do you just like talking shit on a regular basis?

SIDE_FX...could you please explain in a little more detail and try using english what exactly the problem here is?

OK, Here's how the system works.

The Stalk on the end that you are turning turns on the relays for the park and main headlights.

These relays put power down tho the headlight bulbs.
the power goes through the bulbs back into the base of the switch assembly where there is some contacts that switch the earth on and off to control the lights.

The high beam light does not actually tell you when high beam is on, but actually when low beam is off. the fact that the HBeam light is on tells you that the stalk switch fuses and relays are ok.

Toyota's have problems at the bas of the column in the multi pin plug quite often, but it is also possible that the fault in in the contacts inside the base of the switch. ( basically at the other end of the stalk)

Does that make sense to you.

yeah, check the pins in the plug, they can get dirty or quite often melt in the plug.
